FDA event explores working with non-visible disability
To celebrate this year's Disability History Month the FDA - alongside the CPS Disabled Staff Network – held an event looking at working with non-visible disabilities such as dyslexia, epilepsy and autism.
FDA response to the Autumn Statement
FDA General Secretary Dave Penman is quoted in Civil Service World, responding to the Autumn Statement. The union issued a press release following the Chancellor's announcement “to restrain public sector pay” and take "at least £15 billion off Whitehall budgets”.
FDA provides evidence to MPs’ civil service skills inquiry
FDA Assistant General Secretary Rob O’Neill has given evidence to the Public Administration Select Committee's inquiry into civil service skills. O’Neill was invited after the FDA submitted written evidence in July, highlighting the work of the union’s skills project, FDA Learn.
