How to apply

Joining the FDA is quick and easy. 

Simply read on and join online or download our application form.  Once we receive your completed form, your benefits of membership commence!

1)    Eligibility: Just check that you are eligible by visiting our eligibility page (if you are still not sure if you are eligible, please do not hesitate to ask our membership department at 0845 470 1111 or membership@fda.org.uk)

2)    Need help? Please be aware that the FDA usually cannot assist members on an issue that arose prior to joining the union. If you have any questions, please call us at 0845 470 1111.

3)    Apply:  Apply to join online or download the FDA application form (pdf).

Your membership will become active as soon as you provide us with your payment details.
