Additional members' meetings arranged to discuss the Civil Service Compensation Scheme ballot

The FDA Executive Committee - together with Prospect, GMB and Unite - have agreed to recommend that members vote yes, to agree the terms on offer for changes to the Civil Service Compensation Scheme (CSCS).

Additional CSCS members' meetings have now been arranged, to explore the issues in greater depth. Check for the latest updates on the Civil Service Compensation Scheme area of the FDA website.

The FDA has also created a booklet, which explains the background to these negotiations, the issues the Executive Committee considered in reaching its decision and further information about the changes to the scheme.
