Dave Hartnett to speak at December conference

Dave Hartnett, HM Revenue and Customs' permanent secretary for tax, has agreed to be the keynote speaker at the Unlocking the SCS conference in central London on 7 December, which is jointly organised by Westminster Explained and the FDA.

Neil Rider, manager of the FDA's skills project, FDA Learn, said: "We are delighted that Dave Hartnett is able to join us, particularly as he is a permanent secretary who has made it to the top of his department by moving 'through the grades'. Who better to talk to this audience of those aspiring to become members of the SCS?"
