FDA seminar: Influencing Stakeholders Through Emotional Intelligence

The FDA - together with the HM Revenue and Customs Senior Women's Network - is running an emotional intelligence (EI) training course for women on Thursday 8 September 2011 in central Edinburgh.

Starting at 3pm, the seminar will explain how EI can be used to persuade and influence stakeholders, and improve business performance and deliver efficiencies.
