Job vacancy: trade union negotiator

The FDA is seeking to recruit an experienced negotiator to join its head office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and negotiating on pay and employment issues for specific groups of FDA members. Essential is an understanding of employment law and related casework, coupled with a proven negotiating track record. Knowledge of the public sector is also desirable.
