Update on Recruitment Month

Events took place in the past week in two departments - Communities and Local Government (CLG) and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) - as part of the FDA's dedicated Recruitment Month, which runs until the end of July.

FDA organiser Sacha Dutta said: "At both events members encouraged their colleagues to join the union. Membership continues to rise in CLG, and a branch newsletter there has been particularly well received.

"At the FCO meeting new members joined up and several existing members volunteered to become branch representatives."
