The FDA's third annual Women into Leadership event is taking place today in central London.
The conference theme is 'Being brave, taking risks'. Through a series of workshops and keynote speeches, issues being addressed include how women can enhance their career in the tough times ahead and how they can ensure their own wellbeing whilst being an effective leader.
Ro Marsh, FDA equality officer, said: "'We are delighted that 200 women from the civil service have joined us today to explore issues facing women who are looking to progress their careers."
