ARC is a section of the FDA. This area of the FDA Website will contain information of interest to those in ARC.
All FDA Members working in H M Revenue & Customs (HMRC) are members of the ARC Section.
Within HMRC ARC is the lead negotiator on Band T and Grade 6 and 7 Pay. Only members get to vote on the pay offer. ARC members within the SCS are part of the national pay discussions, and the FDA supplies detailed evidence to the Senior Salaries Review Body on SCS pay, and advises members on new pay systems.
ARC lay officials work in HMRC, and understand the problems faced by senior staff within this department. ARC has an elected full-time president (currently Terry Cook), and an elected committee, and they serve for a two year term.
