17/05/2013 - Report from the 2013 Annual Delegate Conference Yesterday’s FDA's annual conference heard keynote speeches from Chair of PASC Bernard Jenkin MP, and Dave Penman, speaking to conference for the first time as FDA General Secretary. Jenkin used his speech to announce the need for an independent Parliamentary Committee to take a considered approach to the future of the civil service.
