- Career Development Services tailored for members at discounted rates
- Access to the FDA Learn that helps members get the most from the development opportunities available to civil servants and pursue other career development pathways and initiatives such as the Public Sector Mentoring Scheme
- Opportunity to train as a Union Learning Representatives to advise other colleagues about skills and training available to them.
