Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service

 The FDA provides workplace representation, legal assistance, career development and many other benefits to members working in the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS), who become members of the dedicated Procurator Fiscal Society.

The Procurator Fiscal Society works collaboratively and in partnership to improve the professional and public standing of our COPFS members.
