FDA in Education Scotland

The FDA provides workplace representation, legal assistance, career development and many other benefits to members working in Education Scotland, including HM Inspectors of Education and others in national education support roles.

We work collaboratively and in partnership to improve the professional and public standing of our Education Scotland members.

FDA tells MSPs uncertainty around jobs regarding future of new education body has been “very difficult”
The FDA has expressed concerns over job security, pay and a long hours culture to the Scottish Parliament, regarding the creation of a new education body in Scotland.
