Grow your career with FDA Learn
The FDA supports members throughout their careers in public service, from professional grades all the way through to Senior Civil Servant grades.
In addition to offering our members high-quality advice and representation, plus negotiating pay and pensions on their behalf, the FDA has a comprehensive offer of professional training and career development events to help them make the most of their careers.
FDA Learn has been providing high-quality learning and development to civil servants since 2008. Engaging with civil service employers, it has developed into a programme bespoke to civil servants’ needs across the whole of the UK, supporting on average 8,000-plus learners each year.
Through our FDA Learn offer, the FDA are recognised throughout the UK as leading experts in delivering courses and specialist support for people applying for new roles in the civil service. Our offer gives candidates to edge through the entire application, interview and assessment process.
