FDA in museums and galleries
FDA represents staff working across the culture sector
The FDA is an independent, member-led union. We are politically neutral and spend all our resources on representing our members’ interests, giving them a strong, pragmatic voice in the workplace.
The union provides workplace representation, legal assistance, career development and many other benefits to senior managers and professionals working in the culture sector.
As a strong, pragmatic union, we continue to work with employers to get the best results for our members.
The FDA has members working in British Library, British Museum, National Gallery, National Archives, National Lottery Heritage Fund, National Portrait Gallery, Tate Gallery and other museums and gallery across the UK. All members working for DCMS, galleries and museums belong to the FDA’s culture section.
