Unacceptable behaviours at work

Tuesday 8 September, 11am – 12pm

Behaviours such as bullying, harassment and aggressive attitudes can lead to increased levels of absence, staff turnover and lower staff morale which can reduce productivity. This event will help you identify and address unacceptable behaviours in the workplace and understand the appropriate cause of action to take.  

BHDV – Understanding the difference between leadership and management

Thursday 17 September, 11am – 12pm

This engaging one-hour session will equip managers with a clear understanding of the distinctions between leadership and management within the context of Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination, and Victimisation (BHDV), helping to promote consistency, fairness, and legal compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. 

Employment Rights Act 2025 update

Tuesday 13 October, 11am – 12pm

The Employment Rights Act 2025 received Royal Assent in December 2025. It promised to be the biggest upgrade in Individual Rights for a generation. The Act will introduce new additions and amendments to existing legislation, particularly the Employment Rights Act 1996. The changes will take place in 2026 and 2027. This event will provide detail of the changes and when the measures will be introduced.
