It has been another extraordinary year for the FDA. As the fastest growing union in the country, our membership has reached record levels. We continue to defend our members and the values of the civil service, and to campaign on the issues that matter most. Our learning offer continues to reach thousands of members, while our sections and branches are supporting members across departments and all around the UK.

The conference saw lively debate from delegates, who came together to decide the union’s policy for the year ahead on a wide range of issues affecting members.
